Please note that due to the overwhelming volume of calls we receive and the fact that there are thousands of prospective class members, we regret that we are not always able to return individual calls or emails. Pursuant to the Class Proceedings Act, which is the legislation governing class actions in Ontario, we communicate with, advise, and take instructions from the Representative Plaintiffs.<\/b><\/p>\n
