Toronto Lawyers Announce $500 Million Class Action Lawsuit <\/i><\/b><\/p>\n
Against the Makers of Roundup Herbicide<\/i><\/b><\/p>\n
More than 18,000 lawsuits have been filed in the United States against the makers of Roundup, alleging that its active ingredient glyphosate causes various forms of cancer. These lawsuits have resulted in awarded damages in the billions of dollars.<\/p>\n
Diamond and Diamond Lawyers will be spearheading Canada\u2019s largest class action lawsuit against Bayer, Monsanto and other named defendants. The Plaintiff class currently exceeds 60 individuals.<\/p>\n
