Yes, we are businesses and make a profit, but we are still the David in this David-and- Goliath story. Every day we battle insurance companies with unlimited funds.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n
I can assure you an insurance company doesn\u2019t lose sleep when it loses a trial. If I lose a trial, I am devastated to have failed my client.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n
Contingency Basis in Personal Injury Cases<\/h2>\r\n
We take these cases on a contingency basis, which means we take all the risk. Do we make money on settlement? Yes. But if the insurance company does not pay, we get nothing.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n
We gamble on people. That means we believe in our clients so much we risk our own money to fight for their cause. If everyone was given a fair deal, I would not have a job. Unfortunately, there is plenty of business for me.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n
